1. How long are the delivery times?

Because we work directly with our own air express shipping partners, we guarantee that the product will be shipped as quickly as possible.  Your products will be shipped within one to five days of your order, items will take a total of 15 to 26 days to arrive.  Sometimes it will arrive less than 15 days.  Each product may be slightly different depending on the destination country.  US warehouse to US shipping is 4-14 days.  Spanish warehouse to European countries is 7-14 days.  China warehouse for all countries is 14-35 days.

2. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day guaranteed money back program.  You can contact   us   about the problem and refund.  

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time period specified for each individual product.  Sometimes orders are shipped before we can process the cancellation. 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is a problem with your order - if it's the wrong size, the wrong color, a defect - then  just  contact us and we'll take care of it .    

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.  However, if for any reason you didn't receive the exact product you expected, just let us know   and we 'll get you a new one.
